If I may I will answer instead of Urban. The cost for conversion will be approx 100K eek if you wanna do it propertly a using OEM toyota parts. The labor is the cheapest thing, parts what are needed for conversion are quite expencive.

Markus are right labour is the cheapest thing,

Parts are damn expensive in Toyota, and you need a lot of them to convert the car.
I would estimate that if you buy all of it new, then it will cost 100-150 000 from Toyota. But noone buys the parts new.

Instead you have to search in Europa for wrecked supras, or in USA, if you are lucky you find all the interior for 10 000 - 20 000. Normally the lammutus never are able to sell the interior parts, so they are just happy to get some money for it.
