Peale seda jama mõõtsin vedelikuga, siis oli surveaste ca 10.5 pean ülesse otsima need arvutused, ehk saab siis keegi üle kontrollida veel.

Well ive worked on both blocks, and the 16v block has a oil pressure reducer fitted to the block FACE on the main gallery so it does not over pressurise the hydraulic lifters, and i also thought with the 16v engine revving more it would help stop most of the oil going to the top of the engine at high RPM because a 16v will rev to around 7000rpm standard and the 8v does 6400rpm standard.
The 8v block does NOT have this reducer, so i would of thought if you use a 8v block with a 16v head it would over pressurise the hydraulics and send most of the oil to the top of the engine at high revs starving the main/big end bearings of oil.
Well you may be able to drill and tap the restrictor into the 8v block as you say but it won`t be easy

Ühesõnaga tahan teada kus c20xe mootori plokil see " oil pressure reducer " asub ja kuidas seda c20ne plokile paigaldada???
